The staff are friendly but most importantly, dog... knowledgeable which is a massive plus. They know each dog, who works well with who and how to deal with each one. The Dog House area is amazing! !!! Know my dogs come home tired as from the morning there. There is so much space, so much fun for them to have. As for kennel stays...mine are large inside dogs but have stayed over nights there....and were still happy in the morning.Throughly recommend The Dog House to anyone who loves their fur babies! !!!read more

This is the most amazing establishment in... existence. The facilities and staff at all three locations are just amazing. My Maltese monster just adores going there, and just has a blast. He usually sleeps for about 2 hrs are time there.I can't recommend this organization more highly, except to say he's going back for doggy day care tomorrow!!!read more

Who doesn’t love knowing that when they drop... their dog off, not only are they well looked after but you can keep up with them throughout the day with all the awesome updates on the page here. Alby always comes home absolutely exhausted from a great day of playing but if he had it his way he would be straight back in the car to go again the next.read more

The regular updates let us know our babies were... being well cared for, especially with one who is completely deaf and can be anxious we were hesitant of her going into kennels, the staff were reassuring and caring cant thank them enough. We have 2 tired dogs resting after a holiday.read more

My usual Doggy Sitter recommended the Dog House... to me when she was full and couldn't take my two. I was very nervous, but if Susan recommened this place I thought they must be alright. Our old boy is the most stressed out dog the vet has ever seen being left with others, and our young pup is a sook. Well, I don't think they wanted to come home, they are knackered, and so happy. Kirsten kept them on their own for a few days then integrated them when she felt they were ready. Very mindful of the individual dogs' needs and no nonsense approach. - Great place. Oh... and texted me first day to let me know everything was fine, instead of me having to ask !!! Great service, would send them here again in a heartbeat. !!read more
